Conditions of Use
Doris & Albert Meier Bienenprodukte processes all orders according to the General Conditions of Business - GCB - valid when the order is placed. The GCB are available for consultation on the homepage - latest under the link "GCB". In the event of doubt, the GCB published on the homepage at the time the order is placed shall be applicable. We cannot recognise other GCBs.
Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded with our acceptance of the contract offer inherent to your order in our confirmation of order. This confirmation of order details the significant features of your order. However, the contract is only viable with the receipt of the goods if you have neglected to state an e-mail address to which the confirmation of order could be sent. We deliver fermented alcoholic drinks only to customers over 16 years. Therefore your date of birth is a needed information when creating an account.
Terms of Payment
At present as a new customer payment can only be made to Doris & Albert Meier Bienenprodukte by advance payment, or cash on delivery in Swiss francs (CHF). As a returning customer you can also pay by invoice. Further modes of payment (credit cards) are under consideration. We grant a payment delay of 14 days from date of invoice. Payment shall be made within this term. The full purchase price, without deduction or discount, is payable on supply of the goods. Contract and invoice currency is Swiss francs (CHF).
Arrears, Reminder Charges
We make an all-in charge of CHF 20.- for reminder costs in the event of payment arrears. This shall not prejudice any further claims, in particular with respect to pursuit of the claim by a collection company or a lawyer.
Property Reserve, Withdrawal
We reserve full property rights until receipt of all payments under the contract. In the event of payment arrears we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and demand restitution of the object of purchase. We reserve the right to conduct a creditworthiness check after conclusion of the contract and to withdraw from the same if the outcome is negative.
Applicable Law and Venue
The provisions of Swiss law shall be applicable even if the order is placed or supply made abroad. Venue for all claims in connection with your order shall be Othmarsingen, Canton Aargau. We are also entitled to pursue at the general venue applicable for yourself. Ineffectiveness of individual provisions shall not impede the effectiveness of the contract and the present GCBs.
